possible shooting suspect

sometime before Christmas car used propellant to throw eggs in my direction ultimately hitting a pole and then coming back on other side hitting my bag. the day before yesterday evening it shot what might have been paint balls which hit elbow of my coat looking originally orange and then slimy when they dry with no notice of color. yesterday as I was walking down a street male suspect behind me yelled - you stop freeze. I ran into middle of street and screamed. when I noticed something in his hand I asked what it was but he said I do not know. I was fortunate to run into some guys who identified the item as merely a flashlight but likely this is one of the participants in serial hasslement acts. if anyone know who this is please contact me.
